This exercise will help you see yourself in the future. It allows you to visualize where you don't want to move towards and to set new intentions for better years ahead.
For this Module, you will need to put yourself in an environment of meditation with no distractions and enough time.
This guided visualization can make you realize the consequences of your shortcomings.
For example, it's easy to say I can not, but once you become aware of what not trusting your abilities can mean for your future, you may want to reconsider your idea and replace it with empowering intentions.
Maybe your idea is one of these or one we have already detected during our sessions.

- I'm a failure
- I'm small
- I can't trust
- I don't know what I want
Your blockages and limitations today, as an adult, are interpretations of your mind!
