This is another tool for understanding what in your unconscious mind is making you incompatible with reality and, hence, what thoughts are keeping you feeling negative.
 
In this Module, I invite you to search for your irrational belief(s).
 
Listen to the recording and review the document by looking at each belief to identify yours. The recording already gives you ideas on how to become more rational/realistic.
